The ignorance of Klein is astounding, yet his biggest error lies in the concept that interpretation of text must reside with the individual, rather than with the text itself. When we give in to the concept that Constitution and law can mean whatever the people in power want it to mean, then the solid governmental principle of the rule of law fails and with it, the United States of America.
Unfortunately, this is exactly what some people in the US, MSNBC "reporters" and President Obama included, would like to see happen.
